This page explains how the Projex Labs services may be used, what rights and obligations attach to that use, and how disputes are resolved. By accessing projexlabs.com, creating a Projex Labs account at me.projexlabs.com, or signing in to a Projex Labs ecosystem product, you agree to these terms. Effective date: 2026-06-02. Governing law: the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Use Projex Labs services for the purposes they're built for and don't do things that hurt other users, our systems, or third parties. Your account is yours to use, ours to terminate if you break these terms. We do our best to keep things running but the services are provided as-is. Our liability is capped. You're responsible for content you submit. Saudi law governs; Riyadh courts have jurisdiction. We can update these terms — material changes are flagged. Questions: hi@projexlabs.com.
These terms form a legal agreement between you (the user, the data subject, the partner — whichever applies to how you reached us) and Projex Labs, headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Where you sign in via a third-party identity provider (Google, Apple, GitHub), that provider remains an independent party with its own terms; ours govern only your use of Projex Labs services.
The Projex Labs Services include: (a) the public marketing site at projexlabs.com; (b) the identity surface at me.projexlabs.com (profile management, federated sign-in, subscription state); (c) the Projex Labs ecosystem products (Skyline, Omnideck, Trellis, Academy, Atelier, Lab) when accessed via your Projex Labs account; (d) any communications we send you in connection with the above (sign-in codes, welcome emails, security notifications). We may add, remove, or change features at any time; we will not silently degrade core authentication functionality without notice.
You may create one Projex Labs account per email address. You agree to: (a) provide accurate registration information; (b) keep your account credentials (including any federated identity provider credentials you use) reasonably secure; (c) promptly notify us at hi@projexlabs.com of any suspected unauthorized access; (d) take responsibility for activity that takes place under your account. We do not use passwords — sign-in is always by 6-digit code delivered to your registered email, optionally via a federated identity provider you have linked. Eligibility: you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. Accounts created on behalf of an organization bind that organization to these terms.
You agree NOT to use the Services to: (a) violate applicable law (Saudi or otherwise), including PDPL, anti-spam regulations, intellectual-property law, or sanctions regimes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Projex Labs systems, other users' accounts, or any system connected to ours; (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without prior written authorization; (d) interfere with the normal operation of the Services (denial-of-service, automated abuse, excessive resource consumption); (e) harvest or scrape personal data of other users; (f) impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation; (g) upload or transmit malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights; (h) use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Services or interfere with another party's use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.
(a) Our IP: the Projex Labs brand, marks, design system, source code, documentation, and product surfaces are owned by Projex Labs (or licensed to us) and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose; this license does not include a right to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or extract substantial portions of the Services for redistribution. (b) Your content: you retain all rights to content you submit (profile data, social links, anything you connect or upload). By submitting content you grant Projex Labs a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display it solely as required to operate the Services on your behalf. (c) Open-source: certain Projex Labs products and components are released under open-source licenses (see projexlabs.com/opensource). Those licenses govern use of those specific components and override these terms where they conflict.
The Services integrate with third-party providers — federated identity providers (Google, Apple, GitHub), email delivery (Resend), and infrastructure (Oracle Cloud, hosting CDNs). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy notices, which we do not control. We choose processors carefully and bind them by contract where they handle personal data on our behalf (see Privacy Notice §5). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent controllers (the federated identity providers); we are responsible for the data we receive from them and how we handle it within our Services.
Our handling of personal data is governed by the Projex Labs Privacy Notice (projexlabs.com/privacy), which forms part of these terms by reference. By using the Services you confirm you have read and understood that notice. PDPL rights described there (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal) are available to you at no charge.
Some Projex Labs Services include free tiers; some include paid tiers governed by separate commercial terms (subscription agreements, order forms, or product-specific terms) that you accept at the point of purchase. Where paid Services apply, fees are due in advance per the billing cycle agreed at purchase. We may change pricing for new subscription periods with at least 30 days' notice. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are legally required to collect them. If you dispute a charge, contact hi@projexlabs.com within 60 days of the invoice.
You may terminate your Projex Labs account at any time by using the self-service controls at me.projexlabs.com or by emailing hi@projexlabs.com. We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without prior notice) if: (a) you materially breach these terms; (b) we are legally required to do so; (c) continued provision of the Services creates a security or operational risk; (d) the Services are discontinued. On termination, the licenses granted to you under §5 end; we will retain or delete your data per the Privacy Notice §4 retention schedule. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law, disclaimers) survive.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. PROJEX LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against all attacks, or that any defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, the foregoing exclusions may not apply.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROJEX LABS' AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS — WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE — IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO PROJEX LABS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) 500 SAR. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS PROJEX LABS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES. The limitations in this section apply even if Projex Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Projex Labs, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services in violation of these terms or applicable law; (b) content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual-property or privacy rights. We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification and reasonably cooperate at your expense.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the Services will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Nothing in this section limits your right to file a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) regarding personal data, as preserved by the Privacy Notice §8.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the law, our practices, or the Services themselves. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page changes. Material changes (new restrictions on use, changes to fees, expanded data collection, new governing law) are called out explicitly: by email to your registered address, by a banner on me.projexlabs.com, or both, at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the change, you may terminate your account per §9.
(a) Entire agreement: these terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any commercial terms applicable to paid Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Projex Labs regarding the Services. (b) Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. (c) No waiver: failure by Projex Labs to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision. (d) Assignment: you may not assign these terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. (e) Independent contractors: nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship. (f) Notices: notices to Projex Labs should be sent to hi@projexlabs.com; notices to you may be sent to the email on file with your account.
