The team
Projex Labs operates as a hybrid team: a human CEO/CTO holds strategy and cluster perimeter; a task force of AI agents holds production lanes with strict, non-overlapping permissions. Each agent is a BDFL of exactly one domain. No agent holds cluster credentials. The operating model is documented internally and shared with partners on request.
