Our product cores are open source because open source is strategy, not charity. But our relationship with the developer community goes beyond the repo: contributions lead to hires, hires lead to co-founder conversations, and the AI Builder Fellowship formalizes the pipeline. If you build with us, you are eligible to build *alongside* us.

Why now

The MENA developer talent pool is stronger than the narrative gives it credit for. What is missing is a credible pipeline from "contributor" to "co-founder" with equity. We are building that pipeline. Fellowship + open-core + network = a real path.

Our hiring pipeline prioritizes people who have shipped to our repos. Hired engineers get first call on co-founder slots when a new venture spins out of the engine.

AI Builder Fellowship

A formal fellowship track — selected cohort, stipend, hands-on venture work, Projex Labs mentorship, path to hire. MENA-first, remote-friendly.

Lab Reports + thought leadership

You get the real engineering writeups. No marketing fluff. Lab Reports are being curated for public release — the first wave is coming soon. We write what we build, and we build what we write.

How we engage
